Automatic machine to work the seat of the lock and the hinges on the door panel. TECHNICAL DATA

• Machine structure in robust electro-welded carpentry, consisting of 2 benches, one fixed (hinge side) and the other mobile (lock side). Transverse adjustment with automatic Y axis by means of an electronically controlled Brushless gearmotor and movements in large recirculating ball runners, for quick configuration according to the width of the panel.
• 2 groups are installed in the fixed bench for the processing of the hinges with 3 axes controlled by PC. The operating units are installed on a mobile trolley with longitudinal (X axis), transverse (Y axis) and vertical (Z axis) movement, all interpolated and controlled by Brushless motors. Sliding on recirculating ball bearings. Each group carries a horizontal milling unit for hidden hinge or knob seats, with 2 kW electro-spindle that rotates at 18,000 rpm with ER25 collar and negative rake finishing tool.
• The group for machining the lock with 3 axes controlled by PC is installed in the mobile bench. The operating units are installed on a mobile trolley with longitudinal (X axis), transverse (Y axis) and vertical (Z axis) movement, all interpolated and controlled by Brushless motors. Sliding on recirculating ball bearings.

o   5.5 kW horizontal electro-spindle that rotates at 18,000 rpm with ER32 collet for lock execution, complete with a combined positive-negative cutting tool, for quick extraction and a good level of finish.

o   Horizontal electric spindle to make the counterplate, installed on the mobile side and with a power of 2 kW at 18,000 rpm. - ER-25 clamp to hold a tool with specific negative relief for a high level of finish.

o   3 kW vertical electro-spindle that rotates at 18,000 rpm with ER25 collet to mill keys and handle holes.

o   Panel transfer system with 2 wide toothed belts that slide inside the anti-friction material guides. The timing belts are of high quality, long life and inextensible with steel threads; command through 2 independent electronically controlled gearmotors to guarantee the panel input-output speed and precise support at stops.

o   2 reference stops with electronically controlled axis (for a length range of 2,600 mm to 1,700 mm) managed by PC to center the processing operation with the upper references of the door panel. Quick installation by motorized screw.

o   Automatic movement of the 3 length clamps on the fixed face to avoid limitations in the positioning of the hinges. The movement is 250 mm controlled by a pneumatic cylinder through PC.
