DOOR MILLING MACHINE DOORMATIC BRIDGE ESSEPIGI
The DOOR MILLING MACHINE BRIDGE ESSEPIGIit is indicated for milling the upper face of the door. It consists of a four column structure where motors for milling are incorporated, integrated with the Dormatic model for milling the edge of the door.
DOORMATIC BRIDGE ESSEPIGI with a structure of 4 columns in heavy carpentry integrated in a base, generally this machine is integrated together with Doormatic model to make:
- Top-to-bottom milling or other design on the top face of the door, on the bottom with the door damper.
- Vacuum openings for doors with glass, portholes and the like
- Key and handle holes.
- Mechanization processes to make the lock on one side, and for the bolts on the other side of the door.
The machine is completed with a complete trolley with 3 movable controlled axes (X-Y-Z) with a recirculation system of rectified steel balls with control of high quality brushless motors. The following groups are installed in the bridge:
- 3.3 kW high speed motor that rotates at 18,000 rpm with Floating milling head to ensure perfect milling even on curved or not perfectly flat panels. ER 25 collet with tool for horizontal and vertical milling or any other design on the upper face.
- 3.3kW high speed motor that rotates at 18,000 rpm with ER 32 caliper with vacuum tool and door holes.
- 5.5 kW high speed motor with angular return with ER 32 collet with milling cutter for machining on both long sides.
