DOOR MILLING DOORMATIC BRIDGE EVOLUTION ESSEPIGI
The automatic machine for doors DOOR MILLING DOORMATIC BRIDGE EVOLUTION ESSEPIGI allows all milling work to be carried out on the upper face of the door. It is made up of two robust columns that hold the bridge where the 12 kW electro-spindle, the tool change and the floating milling head are installed.
The BRIDGE EVOLUTION ESSEPIGIis the ideal machine to work with a high level of production, precision and finish, it is designed to work on production lines.
It is a machine designed for milling from top to bottom, ideal for integrating into the DoorMatic machine. Drill top-to-bottom milling on the top of the door, openings for vacuuming glass doors, portholes, and the like, and drill key and handle holes.
The machine is made up of:
- A base with upper gantry and 2 support columns, in heavy carpentry with internal reinforcements to obtain great rigidity of the structure.
- A complete trolley with 3 controlled axes (X-Y-Z) sliding with rectified steel ball recirculation system with high quality brushless motor control.
- 12 kW 21.000 rpm electro-spindle with HSK 63 F automatic tool changer, to do all the work at the door.
- 6/8 position tool magazine, with automatic changer and cone clamping pliers.
- Floating milling head with probe to guarantee perfect milling even on curved or not perfectly flat panels. HSK 63F cone for connection to the electro-spindle and ER-25 clamp for clamping the drill.
