VACUUM PANEL LIFTER V-MOTION CLASSIC FORMAT-4
The v-motion classic vacuum lifter facilitates transport of almost all panel materials within the workshop and is also suitable for permeable materials – MDF over 8 mm thickness. The panels can be transported both vertically and horizontally.
All the operating elements for the hoist and for the vacuum lifter are housed in a common control unit. This makes operation of the system and guiding of the material possible with one hand.
TECHNICAL DATA
- V-motion classic vacuum lifting system for vertical or horizontal transport of panels.
- Pneumatic tilt function 90° load capacity 250kg. The panels must be suitable for lifting with a vacuum unit.
- Lifting speed Chain hoist: 0-10 m/min continuously adjustable. Lifting height 2.0 m, operating pressure: 7 bar filtered compressed air is required.
- Compressed air consumption: 11Nl/sec.
- Operated using comfort control All the controls for the lifting mechanism and the vacuum lifter are located in the same control unit. Vacuum traverse - reinforced design: 1 pc long traverse (1.5m), 2 adjustable oval suction cups, 500 x 250mm.
