VACUUM PANEL LIFTER V-MOTION 25.90 ft FORMAT-4

The vacuum lifter v-motion 25.90ft facilitates the transport of panel materials within the workshop and is particularly suitable for thin, dense panels, such as PVC, aluminium, metal, melamine. Panels up to 250 kg can be transported both vertically and horizontally. The pneumatic tilting function from 0-90° enables flexible application for all requirements. On one longitudinal and two crossbeams four suction cups are attached.

All the operating elements for the hoist and for the vacuum lifter are housed in a common control unit. This makes operation of the system and guiding of the material possible with one hand. The comfort control enables the smooth lifting and lowering of the panel using a frequency converter. The integrated safety function protects against unintentional release of the panel.

• With pneumatic tilting function for horizontal or vertical base position;
• Max. load: 250 kg; The panels need to be suitable for lifting with vacuum equipment. Lifting speed Chain hoist: continuously 0-10 m/min.
• Lifting height 2.0 m, operating pressure: 6 bar filtered compressed air required; Operated using comfort control.
• All operating elements for the hoist and for the vacuum lifter are housed in a common control unit. Vacuum traverse - thin panel traverse: 1 pc. longitudinal traverse (1.5 m) und 2 cross beams (0.8m) with two adjustable suction cups D=270mm each.
• Safety function protects against unintentional release of the panel due to incorrect operation.
